Media Mentor Service – Terms and Conditions

Services

The PrPro Media Mentor Service provides clients with phone support, advice on editorial content, and assistance with editing PR materials. The Media Mentor Service does not include PrPro directly handling a client’s PR campaign. PrPro will provide clients a maximum of 3 hours of their time per month (capped). If all 3 hours aren’t used in one particular month, then this will be rolled over into the following month, and so forth. Clients can email and call as much as they want, within office hours, and within their allotted time. Every effort will be made to address all queries, but different PrPro Mentors maybe used.

Payment Information

The PrPro Mentor Service costs £150 + VAT per month, and is payable through Direct Debit monthly in advance. Please note that PrPro has appointed the BACS Approved Direct Debit Bureau, Eazy Collect Services Limited (www.eazycollect.co.uk), to collect your direct debit payments and Eazy Collect will be shown on your bank statement.

Cancellation & Notice

To terminate the service, a 2 month notice is required. Please contact PrPro at www.energypr.co.uk, telephone 01993 823011 or Holwell Manor Barn, Holwell, Burford, Oxfordshire, OX18 4JS.
